Red or Green or Christmas? You know what I mean if you’ve been to New Mexico. For those who have yet to visit. When you order New Mexican food they ask this, which means do you want red chile, green chile or half and half.
These patterns go back to the 1980s but people keep asking so we are going to bring some of them back. First we will do one red and one green.
